Creativity and career development are the aspect should be concern in order to increase the work performance of worker. The work performance is one of point should be more hope to be give more contribution for the worker. Its important for the company to increase this aspect in order to achieve the purpose and make the best strategi in ordet to get it. So the purpose of this paper is to see how the creativity and career development can affect work performance in Teras Kita Hotel Jakarta. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method so that the simultaneous effect of correlation r = 0.814 or 81.4% is obtained, which means that there is a very close and unidirectional relationship between variables. This reflects that creativity and career development are very influential on work performance with a contribution of r2 = 0.662 or 66.%. The author suggests an initiative from the leadership of the company to provide wide-open career opportunities for employees who have a high curiosity because creativity and career development on work performance are very dominant.
