Analisis Modus Operandi Tindak Kejahatan Menggunakan Teknik Komunikasi Love Scam Sebagai Ancaman pada Keamanan Sistem Informasi.

The development of information and communication technology that is increasingly widespread in today's world, has led to a new phenomenon called cybercrime, it can even be done instead of communication through love scams or scammer love. In this study, we would like to conclude several factors that can lead to crime using love scam communication techniques to provide a solution. The phenomenon of love scam or scammer love. This action is an act of fraud under the guise of romance. Usually the perpetrator uses tricks or instead of trust that involves the emotions or feelings of the victim and then takes advantage of those feelings or good intentions to commit fraud. indeed it can not be seen directly. That's what causes hackers to be interested in using the Internet as a medium of communication and at the same time forming a community, because the Internet is the fastest way for hackers to act and interact with victims without having to show their true identity.

Pengaruh Kreativitas dan Pengembangan Karier Terhadap Prestasi Kerja (Studi Kasus di Hotel Teraskita Cawang Jakarta)

Creativity and career development are the aspect should be concern in order to increase the work performance of worker. The work performance is one of point should be more hope to be give more contribution for the worker. Its important for the company to increase this aspect in order to achieve the purpose and make the best strategi in ordet to get it. So the purpose of this paper is to see how the creativity and career development can affect work performance in Teras Kita Hotel Jakarta. The analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression method so that the simultaneous effect of correlation r = 0.814 or 81.4% is obtained, which means that there is a very close and unidirectional relationship between variables. This reflects that creativity and career development are very influential on work performance with a contribution of r2 = 0.662 or 66.%. The author suggests an initiative from the leadership of the company to provide wide-open career opportunities for employees who have a high curiosity because creativity and career development on work performance are very dominant.

Cigugurgirang Village is a village located in Parongpong District, West Bandung Regency, Cigugurgirang Village has a lot of agricultural products that can have an impact on the economy of the local community because this village has enormous potential, especially in agro-tourism which produces vegetables, fruits and livestock. in this village lack of creativity for the produce into processed food, which can also have a large enough impact for business actors such as Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), from the results of researchers conducting structured observations and interviews that the purpose of research in Cigugurgirang Village is to changing the mindset of the community through training can open up great opportunities to gain more skills and knowledge for the community and business actors. In this writing method uses SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) in increasing food innovation based on natural products which are the largest agricultural commodities such as agriculture and animal husbandry. Data processing using a swot analysis matrix turned out to be in the Strength and Opportunity (S-O) strategy that it is necessary to empower human resources and involve village development with academics and local government.

The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Innovative Behavior of Lecturers in Online Learning Mediated by Psychological Climate

The COVID-19 pandemic has challenged the world of education, especially vocational education. This quantitative study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership on the innovative behavior of lecturers in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic mediated by the psychological climate. Collecting data used a questionnaire distributed through google form. Respondents involved in the study were 132 lecturers in the health sector. The data was processed using the structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM PLS). The results show that transformational leadership has a positive effect on the psychological climate, psychological climate has a positive effect on innovative behavior and mediates the effect of transformational leadership on lecturers' innovative behavior. The psychological climate created in universities or colleges, in terms of leader support, role clarity, contribution, recognition, self-expression and challenges experienced by lecturers greatly affect the functioning of transformational leadership in promoting innovative behavior of lecturers.
